Do I have to pay a security deposit?

No. At this time, we do not require a security deposit. To reserve your desired date, you must pay 50% of the total at the time of booking. The rest is due 10 days before your event.

How much space do I need?

This depends on the number of teepees. Each teepee measures approximately 6 feet by 5 feet. Furniture must be cleared out before arrival, as we do not move or rearrange furniture.

Do you only set up for kid's birthday parties?

NO, we set up for Birthdays, Sleepovers, Movie Nights, Date Nights, Lady's Nights, and Bachelorette Parties—whatever the occasion, we're ready to start planning it with you!

How do you clean your products?

All bedding is washed and dried after each use, while accessories and trays, including decorative pillows, are sanitized with CDC-approved wipes/sprays. We prioritize cleaning and maintaining our inventory to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

What if I need to change my date?

Do I lose my deposit?

​​Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 14 days before the event allow deposits to be transferred to a future date, valid for 90 days.

Do you provide sleeping pillows?

Sleeping pillows are not provided for hygienic reasons. Please make sure your guests bring their own. Our themed pillows and accessories are for décor purposes only.

When should I book my party?

​It's best to book your party at least 3-4 weeks in advance, but last-minute planning is sometimes necessary. While we prefer booking to be made no less than 10 days ahead, we are willing to check availability and help you plan a memorable party.

Can we eat in the teepees?

Only light snacks may be eaten inside the Teepees and on the beds, linens, and rugs. We also ask that all beverages be light-colored or clear around the Teepees, linens, and rugs. While we understand that accidents can happen, you may be liable for damage or stains to any of our rental items.

When do you come set up?

​Once your party date is officially reserved, we will contact you to discuss the setup time. This will be planned according to the number of parties we have that day and will typically be within a short window, for example, between 10 and 11 a.m.

How do I prepare for the party?

Furniture must be cleared out before arrival, and your set-up area must be clean. Keeping the floor clean and the furniture cleared will protect our rentals and allow us to stay on track.

Which payment methods do you accept?

While we are working on accepting other payment methods, we are currently only accepting payments via Venmo, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

What about our pets?

We understand how much you adore your pets—we do, too! However, please refrain from bringing them inside the Teepees or allowing them on the bedding, pillows, rugs, or accessories.
